Several years ago
I bought an old Charvel in hopes to learn more about putting together
a guitar. Just recently I finished it. This guitar has:
Universally routed alder body made by Charvel
22 fret "no name" maple neck with Schaler tuners
Wilkinson Trem system
One volume and one tone knob
Three way switch
DiMarzio Norton humbucker in the bridge position
Carvin C22 humbucker in the neck position

Before I got the nerve
to build my own guitar, I had a local luthier, Bob Gorny, put one together
using a bunch of found parts. Bob is a great guy and does amazing work
.. don't believe me, ask other clients of his that include Buddy Guy and
some guys from Filter.
Custom routed 3 piece ash body made by Warmoth
22 fret WD maple neck with locking tuners
Chrome flat mount bridge with strings through the body
One volume and one tone knob
Three way switch
Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge position
Jackson JC80 humbucker in the neck position

After seeing Dave
Gilmour play live, I wanted a Strat. However, at the same time, Hamer
started making the Daytona. The idea was to make a guitar that was just
like the first Strats, but to add some modern touches. I will put this
guitar against any current US made Fender Strat. This one was made in
1994 just outside of Chicago.
One piece Ash body
22 fret maple neck with locking tuners
Wilkinson trem
One volume and two tone knobs
Five way switch
Seymour Duncan single coil pickups

problems.

body with flamed top
22 fret rosewood neck with Grover tuners
Stop tail piece
One volume and one tone knob
Three way switch
Washburn humbuckers

I don't really know
much of anything when it comes to acoustic guitars. I bought this Takamine
F-340 guitar, made June 23, 1979, in 1988 because I thought I needed an
acoustic guitar. It has been with me for a very long time and to quote
a 80s metal band ... they ain't too fancy and just a little dirty, but
they mean a lot to us, we think they're really pretty ...
